The Zend Information Card component for PHP as part of the Zend Framework (http://framework.zend.com) distributed as a separate module. This component will allow your PHP applications to function as a relying party for the consumption of Information Cards.

NOTE: This will be the final release of the Zend Information Card component on the CodePlex web site. Hence, it's likely that this release will be out-of-date by the time you're reading this.
